Director of the Department of Geography's Advanced
Geospatial Laboratory, which is a member of Intergraph's Registered
Research Laboratory (RRL) group. Primary projects involve research and prototype
development of global Geographic Information Systems. This laboratory provides
a unique "hands on" experience for students interested in GIS as
a discipline.
Secondary position is
Computer Administrator for all departmental computer systems. This includes
workstations, computer labs, LAN, servers and accounts. The present department
network includes 7 computer labs and over 120 computer systems.
